PRODUCTION TIMES / PREPARING

For express production, the goods delivery time is the same day of the order.

For economy production, the goods delivery time is 3-4 days from order.

The system allows you to purchase a product even if it is not in stock and warns of the unavailability on the product page. For products not in stock the time of preparation of the goods can also be 4 weeks.

The production time for gobos is suitable in the order process for each item.

 

TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

The site is connected to the server Fedex to calculate the cost of transport depending on destination and weight of the order. To this end, it is essential to indicate a valid zip code. FedEx offers two or three types of services, depending on the destination. For Europe:
-International Priority (Europe), with next day delivery
-International Economy (Europe) , delivery within 3-4 working days, according to the location
-FedEx Europe First, exists only for the most important cities, delivery by 9 or 10 am.

For the rest of the world, the times vary depending on the country.

You should still check in the Fedex website the Transit time .

Goboservice may still decide to ship with other carriers (TNT, DHL or UPS) if it considers that they can offer a better service at the destination.

Cost is always indicated during the order process in the "shipping method"

Invoices and data

The company will send invoices electronically to the buyer's email address or by postal service to the address specified in the order.

We will use information provided by the buyer when ordering for the invoice issue, after which no changes can be made.
The buyer must carefully check the data entered at the time of order, because they will be used for accounting entries.
The payment will be inclusive of the shipping cost, according to the content of the offer published on the www.goboservice.com website.

How to order

You can choose the products to buy on the www.goboservice.com website by browsing in the menus where you can read the product specifications. By clicking on the chosen product, you will know:

-The product unit price.
-Any price increase according to the technical specifications.

You can also request more information on the product itself.
For the gobos purchase you must also specify the projector model the gobo will be installed within.
You can choose the desired quantity of the product and then click on the "Add to cart" button. You will be directed to the page containing the list of selected articles, where you can increase or decrease the amount (or empty the cart), continue shopping or go to  "checkout".
Then, you can register by filling out the form for the billing and shipping address.
The next page explains the shipping method, with the charge increases according to the various weights.
By clicking on Next you can choose the payment method.

Then you can complete your purchase by clicking on the "confirm order". A page will open up, stating:

1) the order's successful completion;
2) an incoming summary and confirmation e-mail, which contains the link by which you can access your order (contract). The order is stored electronically.
3) the data for the wire transfer (if chosen): a copy of the receipt must be sent (by fax or e-mail) to the address shown therein. In this case, the order is put on hold until the receipt is sent, and is deleted if it is not received within 3 days.
4) The link to view the order details.

About credit card payment method, by filling in the section on the www.goboservice.com website, you authorize Sunland Optics srl to charge the expenditure amount on your credit card.

To register:

• fill in the form, making sure to enter the required information (marked with an asterisk). Make sure that the data is correct so that the order can be quickly processed.
• then click on the "Submit Registration" button. You will receive an automatically generated e-mail with instructions to activate your account.

It is always possible to change your account data.

 

Complaints and disputes

Please send an email to sales@goboservice.com to report a complaint. In case of disputes, the parties must devolve their settlement to "RisolviOnline", the Milan's Chamber of Commerce Conciliatory Body.
If the dispute has not been solved through "RisolviOnline” and the buyer is not acting as a “consumer” (according to Consumer Code regulations), the competent court for the judicial resolution of disputes is Reggio Calabria's court.
